BEHIND THE SCENES OF A BLACK AND WHITE ULTRA GLAM WEDDING AT FONTAINEBLEAU LAS VEGAS

A year ago today, I had the honor of producing an ultra-glamorous black and white wedding at the newly opened Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Looking back now, I am reminded that the magic of a wedding doesn’t happen by accident—it is the direct result of vision, translation, and trust.

It All Starts With Vision

Every extraordinary wedding begins with a clear point of view. My couples don’t come to me because they want “pretty.” They come because they want transformation. They want an immersive world that feels never-before, never-again—something that could only exist for them, in that moment, with their story woven into every detail. That kind of vision has to be bold, audacious even, because the extraordinary will never come from playing it safe.

From Vision to Paper with AI & Renderings

Ideas are powerful, but in order to share them with clients and collaborators, they need to be expressed in a way people can see and feel. This is where technology becomes an ally. I take the sketches in my mind and run them through AI, renderings, and digital mock-ups. These tools allow me to translate something abstract into something tangible.

For my clients, it creates trust—they can see their wedding before it’s built. For my creative partners, it offers a roadmap, a way to anticipate challenges, and a blueprint for building out details in real time. AI doesn’t replace artistry, but it amplifies it, bridging the gap between imagination and execution.

The Power of Teamwork

Once the vision is locked, once the renderings are approved, the true work begins. And this is where you learn that no planner can build a wedding alone. I am only as good as the team I bring with me.

For this celebration, Flowers by Edgar was my partner in crime. Edgar and his team took the digital renderings and brought them to life with towering floral installations, cascading blooms, and meticulously styled tablescapes. Together, we refined the details in real time, adjusting for scale, proportion, and flow as the room came alive. It is this trust—this deep belief in your partners—that allows you to pivot seamlessly and create something that feels effortless, even though it is anything but.

One Year Later

Now, on the first anniversary of this wedding, I look back with so much gratitude. Gratitude for a couple who trusted me with their vision. Gratitude for a venue that allowed us to push boundaries. Gratitude for a team that took every rendering, every note, every “what if we tried…” and turned it into a dazzling reality.

Weddings like this are a reminder of why I do what I do. They are benchmarks in a family’s story, moments that become memories, and legacies that will be told for generations.
