FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I specialize in creating extraordinary experiences for people who lead extraordinary lives. Below you’ll find answers to the questions couples ask most about luxury weddings in Las Vegas and destination celebrations around the world.

1. What does a luxury wedding planner do?

Whatever is necessary. As a luxury wedding planner, I specialize in truly seeing you. I offer white-glove, concierge-level service as I curate, design, and manage every facet of your celebration to ensure a seamless, immersive, once-in-a-lifetime experience. My role is to translate your love story into an environment that feels deeply personal — from venue selection and creative direction to vendor management and guest experience. Every detail is intentional, elevated, and extraordinary.

2. Why should we hire Andrea Eppolito as our wedding planner?

For over fifteen years I’ve specialized in creating extraordinary experiences for people who lead extraordinary lives. My clients are discerning individuals who value artistry, precision, and privacy. Whether in Las Vegas, Napa Valley, Mexico, or beyond, I bend the world to my will to create never-before, never-again events that celebrate life, luxury, and, above all else, love.

3. Do you plan weddings outside of Las Vegas?

Yes. While Las Vegas is my home and the foundation of my business, I design destination weddings around the world — from Napa Valley to Cabo San Lucas, Hawaii, and beyond. My team and I manage every detail from travel logistics to creative production, ensuring the same level of excellence you’d expect in Las Vegas anywhere your love takes you.

4. How much does it cost to work with you?

A budget is simply a list of priorities with a number attached. Every celebration is custom. Investment varies depending on scope, location, and production level. My weddings tend to have a starting budget of approximately $3,000 per person, with some couples investing significantly more and some spending less. 5. How far in advance should we book our wedding planner?

Luxury weddings often require a year or more of planning, but I have produced weddings with mere months of lead time. I accept a limited number of events each year to ensure every celebration receives my full attention. For destination weddings, I recommend inquiring 9–18 months in advance to secure preferred venues and creative partners.

6. Do you work with specific venues or vendors?

I maintain relationships with premier venues and creative partners worldwide. However, every event begins with your story — I assemble the perfect team based on your location, vision, and desired level of production. Excellence is non-negotiable, and I collaborate only with professionals who share that philosophy.

7. What is the difference between a wedding planner and a wedding designer?

A planner manages logistics; a designer creates the aesthetic. As both, I merge structure and artistry. I develop your overall concept, guide the creative execution, and oversee the logistics that bring it to life. The result is harmony between beauty and precision — a wedding that feels effortless and intentional.

8. Do you plan multi-day wedding weekends?

Yes. Many of my clients host multi-day experiences that include welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, receptions, and farewell brunches. These weekends are designed to feel like immersive stories — each event distinct, yet tied together through a cohesive design and emotional through-line.

9. Can you help us plan a destination wedding if we don’t live in Las Vegas?

Absolutely. It is actually quite rare that I have a Las Vegas–based couple getting married in Las Vegas. Many of my couples are based outside Nevada, choosing to get married in Las Vegas, Napa Valley, Mexico, or beyond. Regardless of location, I handle every aspect — from scouting venues and managing vendors to producing your wedding on-site. With decades of experience, I make planning from afar feel effortless and deeply personal.

10. How involved are we in the planning process?

My process is highly collaborative yet designed to protect your time. I distill hundreds of details into concise presentations and recommendations so you make informed, confident decisions. You enjoy the experience; I handle the execution.

11. Do you offer partial planning or day-of coordination?

No. In order to do my best work, I limit my client base to no more than four to six events each year, focusing on full-service production and design. Luxury experiences require cohesive vision and execution from start to finish; offering partial planning would compromise that integrity. My role is to ensure every element aligns with your story, your standards, and my promise of excellence.

12. What types of couples do you work with?

My clients are high-achieving, passionate, and visionary. They value creativity, never-before/never-again experiences, and exceptional service. They expect a process that is as elevated as the celebration itself and seek a planner who leads with confidence, artistry, and expertise. I create for people who lead extraordinary lives.

13. How do we begin working with you?

Everything begins with a conversation. Start by submitting an inquiry through my Contact Page. Next, we’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your story, your vision, and your priorities. Once we decide to move forward, I’ll draft a proposal that outlines your experience from first hello to final toast.

14. Do you work with celebrity or high-profile clients?

Yes. Discretion and confidentiality are fundamental to my process. Whether my clients are public figures or private individuals, every event is treated with the same level of respect, privacy, and precision.

15. What makes a wedding “luxury”?

Luxury is not about expense; it’s about intention. It is personal, and on purpose. A true luxury wedding is about craftsmanship, customization, and the feeling that no one else could have this experience but you. My goal is to create events that feel inevitable — as if the world was built just for that moment in time.

16. How do destination weddings differ from Las Vegas weddings?

Destination weddings require advanced logistics — travel coordination, vendor sourcing, customs, and local permissions. Las Vegas weddings offer unparalleled access to world-class venues and talent in one city. Both allow for spectacular storytelling; the choice depends on where your dream unfolds.

17. How can we learn more about your design style?

Explore my Portfolio and Blog for an inside look at past celebrations, behind-the-scenes details, and educational resources. Each wedding is unique, but you’ll see a consistent thread of intention, emotion, and artistry that defines my work.

18. Do you plan events other than weddings?

Yes. While weddings are the heart of what I do, I also curate extraordinary experiences for luxury brands, corporations, and private clients. From product launches and executive retreats to milestone birthdays, baby showers, and anniversary celebrations, I bring the same creative energy, concierge-level service, and obsession with detail to every event I produce.
